Wedding Packages
The Village Hall makes the perfect space for your wedding reception, marriage celebration or post-wedding party.
- Spacious and airy, the neutrally decorated space gives you the perfect blank canvas to create your dream DIY wedding. A budget friendly Wedding Package is available that includes:
- Exclusive use of the facility throughout the day of the wedding
- Use of the space from 6pm of the day prior to the event to create your perfect environment and until 12 noon the day after.
- Licenses for alcohol and music.
- Meeting/changing Room Area
- Extensive catering facilities
- Modern Ladies, Men’s & Accessible Toilets
- Upholstered chairs
- Tables
- Glassware, crockery and cutlery.
- Use of stage area.
- Parking Spaces
- White seat covers, sashes, table cloths and table decorations PA equipment and lighting rig etc. can all be supplied at extra cost.

Large Parties and Celebrations
The versatile village hall space is the ideal location for your big birthday party, christening celebration, dance or ball. A reasonably priced exclusive block booking of either 5 or 10 hours with added setup time could be for you.

- Two hours free additional setup time with additional time charged at half the hourly rate.

Children's Parties
Book a two-hour children's party in the 'main hall and lounge' and we guarantee you will not be disturbed by other hall users. The children will be able to enjoy playing in the large hall and make use of the adjacent John Ellwood Lounge and catering kitchen. There is plenty of space for magicians, clowns or bouncy castles. Ask our bookings secretary about special discounts for local children.
